  *                      or later with CMCISSL(YES) specified.   *

  When enabling an SMSSJ or CMCI JVM server at Java 11 or later
  with CMCISSL(YES), a NoSuchProviderException occurs and the JVM
  server will fail to enable.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been changed so that a SMSSJ or CMCI JVM server can
  be enabled at Java 11 or later with CMCISSL(YES).
