EWS does not supply any participant status notifications at their 3.x spec levels.  So, when restricting/unrestricting tokens and participants, it is up to FTM to try and mimic the EWS participant status.  In the initial implementation of the restrict/unrestrict participants and tokens, FTM was restricting a participant if/when one of the participant's tokens was successfully restricted.

This behavior was incorrect for one scenario.  When a token has been deactivated and then restricted, the owning participant does not become restricted.

The processing logic for this scenario has been changed.  Now an inactive token that is restricted will not restrict the participant.

Resolution:
Made returned error code changes when trying to create a token.
The following error code will be returned if the token AND the payment profile are active:
    150500: The token <name> is already active in CXC
If the payment profile is active, but the token is inactive, then the following error code will be returned:
      150510: The token <name> was found in the system, but it is not active. Please use the update token service to reactivate.
95305 Defect Real Time Payments Other Problem: Zelle - CreateZellePaymentRequest from business profile token fails on real EWS.
Resolution: The createZellePaymentRequest webservice was not propogating the business name correctly to EWS for payment requests made for a business profile.  Changes were made to send the Full Name, Business Name, and First Name fields to EWS correctly.

The Full Name and the First Name values will be the Business Name value.

The Full Name is required.  The First OR Last name is also required.  This EWS requirement remains even when a Business profile is being used.

The Business Name is not required, but is being included for completeness.
