Omnibus WebGUI - Adding an SSL configured Objectserver user repository (confvmm4ncos.sh) causes long login times and fails to retrieve Objectserver users and groups

Summary

The "confvmm4ncos.sh" script completes, but after restarting the WebGUI server process logging in to WebGUI or the WAS admin console takes several minutes. In the [JazzSM Home]/profile/logs/server1/SystemOut.log the following error is present:

[2/8/24 14:34:39:609 PST] 00000001 ConnectionPoo E com.ibm.tivoli.ncw.datasource.ConnectionPool createConnection() An SQLException occurred. Failed to create Connection.
java.sql.SQLException: JZ006: Caught IOException: com.sybase.jdbc3.jdbc.SybConnectionDeadException: JZ0C0: Connection is already closed."

In the Objectserver log the following corresponding message is present:

"2024-02-08T14:34:39: Error: E-IVM-005-002: OpenServer - Error: 16240/10/0: Net-Library routine failed in srv__io_check
Network error: status = 32 - Net-Lib protocol driver call to read data failed
Error -1:ssl: Neither SSLv2 nor SSLv3 is enabled."
