Error description
When user transfers a file to a Network drive, the transfer starts and they can see that it was able to transfer some data (but not completely). And after a second or so, the transfer stops and they are getting this SCREEN ERASURE message: IKT00405I SCREEN ERASURE CAUSED BY ERROR RECOVERY PROCEDURE They tried the same transfer to a different Network drive location, but it did not complete as well, and they are getting again the same error message. On the other hand, when they transfer to a Local C: drive, it works and they get the complete file.
