Error description

• Tested a JDBC map writing to test database upgraded from 6.1.0.0
  to 6.1.2.3 and noticed additional SQLWriter information.
  Customers report they get excessive information even when logs
  are turned off. (Customer had upgraded to 6/1/2/3 from 6.1.1)

• Log information will be reported in DEBUG mode only
