Error description
TSO user is hung and cannot be cancelled, terminated or forced out. IGWMDSST+x'123A' has requested the DSHD latch and is hung in IGWLHSUS+x'16C6' waiting for the latch. The latch appears to be held by an active thread for an SRB that suffered an abend878. Latch was never released.
Local fix
RECOVERY ACTION: Issue FORCE U=userid without TCB= to force the user to terminate
