Problem
Receive DXL errors when doing sync "String is not in rich text format -I- DXL: execution halted".
Symptom
When run the Req Sync, get an error:
DOORS reported DXL errors:-R-E- DXL: <addins/doorstdint/tdsync.inc:4765> String is not in rich text format -I- DXL: execution halted
