* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:  When attempting to display panels      *
*                      ADB21TC and ADB21C, the panel query     *
*                      contains redundant values.              *
****************************************************************
When attempting to display panels  ADB21TC and ADB21C,
the panel query contains redundant values HIGH2KEY and LOW2KEY.
These redundant values should be removed from the query.
