The Known Issue is a report of the program malfunction and is categorized by the Symptom of its problem.
The definitions of Known Issue Symptoms are listed in the following table.
| Symptom | Definition |
|---|---|
| Abnormal End of the Program (AB) | Abnormal termination of a task |
| Documentation | Documentation discrepancy that caused a problem |
| Integrity Problems (IG) | An integrity or security problem |
| Incorrect Output (IN) | Any incorrect data output, except performance degradation |
| Loop (LP) | The system is looping or hung on a fixed set of instructions |
| Performance (PR) | Performance degradation |
