PH59143: HPPC OPTIONS SPECIFIED IN ADD PC DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY IN HPPC

Error description

• When recovering FF DB with indexes by specifying ADD IB and PC,
  HPPC options specified in ADD PC do not work correctly in HPPC.

  In the case of creating an index DB by Index Builder by
  specifying ADD IB at the time of recovery of FF DB with index
  (e.g. HIDAM), when ADD PC is also specified and HPPC is also
  started, there is an issue that HPPC options specified in ADD PC
  or UTILGBL are not correctly passed to HPPC.
  The reason is that there is a problem in the process where DRF
  generates PROCCTL statements for HPPC in response to the
  specified HPPC options, and the specified HPPC options are
  enabled for the index DB instead of the main DB.
  Therefore, for example, even if the HPPC option BITMAP(NO) is
  specified in ADD PC to reduce the volume of HPPC reports, the
  option is not enabled for the main DB and BITMAP reports are
  output. As a result, ABNED SB37 may occur with STATIPRT DD for
  HPPC reports.
  

Problem conclusion

• FRXVSTA3 is changed to correctly generate HPPC PROCCTL
  statements in response to HPPC options specified in ADD PC or
  UTILGBL, even in cases where ADD IB is specified and an index DB
  is created by Index Builder.
