Error description
a request is registered (request sent from our monitor) the request file is not on disk but on cassette the DMS remount tool is called and copies the file onto a volume the request is in H:ATT status. HSM and remains in this state.

Problem summary
Some recalls from HSM may leave requests in a bad state.
Problem conclusion
Some requests stay in status H:ATT. HSM after a recall was requested. A timing issue was identified. A fix is available on Fix Central with IFix P240110
