• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In ceratin cases the network status was not accounted for
  correctly which could result in "stuck" events like
  cluster_connections_bad and cluster_connections_down.
  

Local fix

• As a stop-gap solution the events could be ignored, that would
  however also mute valid events.
