Error description
If existing default application content is present before deploy info was available in the product again, and then a new BAR file is deployed that has new content for the default application, all the existing content that did not have deploy info now get the deploy info from that latest BAR file and deploy time.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11 and V12 Platforms affected: MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If existing default application content is present before deploy info was available in the product again, and then a new BAR file is deployed that has new content for the default application, all the existing content that did not have deploy info now get the deploy info from that latest BAR file and deploy time. It is desired that the Deploy info be displayed empty for the artifacts that were deployed prior to the fixpack which reintroduced Deployed Date and BAR file name.
Problem conclusion
