  than 30, but only if other errors exist in the transaction when
  processing data with the IBM Transformation Extender Healthcare

Problem conclusion

• The hipaa_x12 tree was not failing for the restricted length of
  30 that the segment tree was reporting in error, but after
  reviewing the TR3 and previous results, determined that the
  segment tree should have component rule removed to not restrict
  this to 30, but allow full 50.
  
  Applies to:
  Healthcare Pack HIPAA 10.1.0, 10.2.0, 10.2.1, 10.2.2.
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
