Troubleshooting
Problem
You can retrieve a snippet of HTML code to embed one or more visualization from a dashboard in Cognos Analytics in an HTML file for your custom webpage or application. When the webpage is loaded one or more visualizations can appear missing entirely under some conditions.
Symptom
Embedded visualizations do not appear when embedded on a webpage. There is no trace of any visualization elements and there is no prompt for authentication.
