Problem
While executing the installCDWindows.ps1 an error is being returned from the Power Shell
Symptom
installCDWindows.ps1 cannot be loaded. The file installCDWindows.ps1 is not digitally signed. You cannot run this script on the current system. For more information about running the scripts and setting execution policy, see about_Execution_Polices.
