Troubleshooting
Problem
Information Server 11.7.1.3.x and lower, though the Amazon S3 user does not have Create Bucket permission on Amazon S3, the AmazonS3 Connector job runs successfully. However, on Information Server version 11.7.1.4 and higher, the same AmazonS3 Connector job fails with Access Denied error as the user does not have Create Bucket permission on Amazon S3.
Below is the error message observed in the log:
