PH58606: DROP OF MQT TABLE SPACE VIA OBJECT COMPARE GENERATING UNNECESSARY DROP TABL

Error description

• Using Object Compare with drop table space in compare file doing
  compare catalog - DDL works fine for regular table space/table
  but is generating unnecessary "DROP TABLE" when the table space
  contains a  Materialized Query Table (MQT).  This leads to
  sqlcode -204,since the MQT table is implicitly dropped by
  dropping its tablespace.

  When a user uses Object Comparison Tool to drop a table space
  that contains an MQT, the tool generates a DROP TABLE statement
  on the MQT as well. This action results in SQLCODE -204, because
  the MQT has already been dropped implicitly.
