Ordering for WebSphere® DataPower® XC10 Appliance is simplified with support for ordering through Passport Advantage®.

A new machine type model (MTM) identifies the appliance that is sourced through Passport Advantage®. The original MTM and MTM in Passport Advantage are for the same appliance.
When you contact IBM for warranty, support, or maintenance you must use the Passport Advantage MTM that is listed on your appliance. However, the user documentation included with your appliance purchase continues to reference the original MTM. Use the following table to determine the MTM for your appliance:
