Troubleshooting
Problem
Importing a certificate into the Cognos Analytics CAMKeystore fails when using the ThirdPartyCertificateTool.bat|sh script. The script returns the following error:
[main] ERROR com.ibm.bi.platform.commons.crypto.internal.utils.KeysAndCertsLoader - Exception occurred while loading certificate from pem encoded x509
java.security.cert.CertificateException: Unable to initialize, java.io.IOException: insufficient data
