Troubleshooting
Problem
Access Cognos Analytics 11 security object properties over web gateway URI. Navigate to Access Manage > People menu and access Properties, show a blank page or a slider pane on the new Glass perspectives viewer.
Access Manage > People > Accounts > Cognos namespace and select the Analytics Users Role Properties
Access Manage > People > Capabilities > Cognos Viewer and select the Context Menu Properties
Symptom
Using a web gateway URI, observe a blank page or the slider pane for Properties or Context menu properties under Manager > People.
Issue not observed when accessed directly through the Cognos dispatcher URI.
