How to find out a user's role and access level in the system?
Answer
- Log in to the MRO-IO
- Click Inventory > Administration
- Find the User in the List by using 'Filter' feature
- Click the Full Name
- Click the Roles tab and scroll down to find out which roles are enabled.
- Click Set Access tab to find out on which sets the read/write or read only access granted.
Note: These instructions are for Admins and Client Admins only
