• This APAR adds support for the Update Trace command.

  There is no way to update the attributes of IMS type-2 traces.
  

Problem conclusion

• The UPDATE TRACE type-2 command is added to allow the user to
  update the attributes of IMS type-2 traces.
  
  New module, DFSIU200, is created to support the command.

  DBFUMINO - Recompile for CMDE length change
  DFSDGSB0 - Recompile for CMDE length change
  DFSMMPL0 - Recompile for CMDE length change
  
  DFSDFN10 - Fix ERR level to always be HIGH
  DFSTRSV0 - Store 1st trace header ptr. Added QSAV(NO) to BCB
  calls
  DFSDFDSG - Add range for TRCLEV num pages. Fixed dstr_pages
