Problem

Attempting to install bundle patch fails due to a Pre-requisite patch entry missing from the INSTALLED_PATCH table

Note: There is no prior entry for p400 in the patch install table.
This is the cause for the failure. We know it was installed at one point. That table entry was probably....accidentally deleted by using the CLI> delete scheduled patch command.
Please open a Guardium Support case and reference this technote. Root access is required to resolve this issue.
