Troubleshooting
Problem
Manually copying or distributing the server certificate to hundreds or thousands of clients, and validating it later can be a difficult task. This process can be automated. This automation is provided in the form of scripts to be executed on the administrative client of the IBM Storage Protect server.
The clients could be the backup-archive client, or any other product components like:
- IBM Storage Protect for Space Management
- IBM Storage Protect for Virtual Environments
- IBM Storage Protect for Mail
- IBM Storage Protect for Databases
- IBM Storage Protect Snapshot
- IBM Storage Protect for Enterprise Resource Planning
