Problem summary

  * after an IMS ERE.                                            *

  * INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF                      *
  ****************************************************************
  After an IMS emergency restart,  a /RST LINK command fails with
  DFS3211I due to the sequence number mismatch.
  During an ERE,  the restart logic DFSCRPD0 processes a x'35'
  record for a non-recoverable message.   The QLNQF3PC flag is set
  causing DFSCRPD0 to invalidly update the CRBINPUT with CRBLASTI
  which leads to the resynch mismatch problem.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFSCRPD0 has been enhanced to check for CRBHENQ when processing
  the x'35' log record with QLNQF3PC for MSC links.  If CRBHENQ is
  set,
  it implies that this x'35' record is preceeded by a x'66'
  pre-enq record,
  then update CRBINPUT with CRBLASTI.  Otherwise, skip updating
  CRBINPUT.
  
  DFSCMSV0 and DFSCMSZ0 have been modified to initialize CRBHENQ
  properly for non-recoverable and recoverable messages.
  
  DFSCMSF0 has been modified to correct the CTT access.
