Question
Following the upgrade of FileNet Content Manager (FNCM) content operator to version 21.0.3 ifix018, we encountered an issue where the Content Navigator (BAN) pod remained in an unready state. Examination of the BAN Liberty messages.log revealed the following error:
[11/8/23 5:46:35:512 UTC] 00000025 com.ibm.ws.ssl.config.WSKeyStore W CWPKI0809W: There is a failure loading the defaultTrustStore keystore. If an SSL configuration references the defaultTrustStore keystore, then the SSL configuration will fail to initialize.
