Error description

• After applying APAR PH50088, the GEN command of Admin Tool for
  Db2 generates CREATE TABLE and ALTER TABLE DDL statements that
  are missing CONSTRAINT and PRIMARY KEY.

  This APAR corrects DDL generation so that CONSTRAINT and PRIMARY
