Abstract
Do not install IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.3.0 Fix Pack 7 Service Pack 15 (ITM 6.3.0.7-TIV-ITM-SP0015) on any system where non-OS agents are installed.

Known Issue (APAR) DT224493 introduces an incompatibility between SP15 TEMA libraries and non-OS agents.
For example, Log File agents (KLO) and Agent Builder agents.
This issue does not affect Hub and Remote TEMS, or the TEPS. These applications can be safely upgraded to SP15.

OS agents aren't affected, but non-OS agents installed on the same server are impacted by the SP15 TEMA code incompatibility.
These symptoms have been reported after installing SP15:
SP15 has temporarily been removed from Fix Central for the reasons explained in this Flash.
If you've already downloaded SP15 but haven't installed it yet, take account of the information in this Flash before installing SP15, or postpone your plans to install SP15 until a fix is available.
If you've already installed SP15 and have systems running non-OS agents affected by this problem, and you have a backup of the installation taken prior to the upgrade, you should restore the backup. If you don't have a backup, stop affected agents until a fix is available.

- Data not seen in the TEP console for affected agents
- Affected agents report high CPU usage
