Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to upgrade or install BuildForge version 8.0.0.25 on AIX machines, services fail to start with the error message:
"cannot load module libphp7.so into server"
Symptom
Rational BuildForge services does not start, and in the logs notice the error "cannot load module libphp7.so into server".
