Problem
Within the mysql-error.log was the following error stating that the GUARD_USER_LOGIN table was crashed
[ERROR] /usr/sbin/mysqld: Table './TURBINE/GUARD_USER_LOGIN' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
[ERROR] /usr/sbin/mysqld: Table './TURBINE/GUARD_USER_LOGIN' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
