Error description

• This enhancement enables the Online Pointer Checker utility to
  detect an SDEP CI when the DBLKF1SDEP_FULL flag is not set.
  It will also provide an option to specify the severity level of
  the newly outputted notification messages.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of IDEA
  requirement IMSFPSP-I-6.

  This APAR enables OPC to detect SDEP CIs between logical begin
  and logical end that does not have the DBLKF1SDEP_FULL flag
  turned on.
  A new keyword SDEPFULL_OFF_MSGLVL is provided to control the
  severity level of the message.
  If SDEPFULL_OFF_MSGLVL=INFORMATIONAL is specified, an
  information message is issued when an SDEP CI that does not
  have the DBLKF1SDEP_FULL flag turned on is detected.
  If SDEPFULL_OFF_MSGLVL=NOMSG(default) is specified,
  no message is issued when an SDEP CI that does not have the
  DBLKF1SDEP_FULL flag turned on is detected.
  If SDEP_PTRIOVF_MSGLVL=WARNING is specified, a warning
  message is issued when an SDEP CI that does not have the
  DBLKF1SDEP_FULL flag turned on is detected.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of IDEA
  requirement IMSFPSP-I-6.
