Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All IBM Z System Automation V4R3 customers.  *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: To interact with OMEGAMON classic       *
  *                      monitors or Hub TEMS SOAP server        *
  *                      through INGOMX, passwords need to be    *
  *                      stored in a vault. This increases       *
  *                      administrative efforts.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  Instead of using passwords, RACF allows to generate short-
  living PassTickets. INGOMX is enhanced to exploit PassTickets
  for authenticating a user when logging on to an OMEGAMON
  classic monitor or to Hub TEMPS SOAP server.
