APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DFHHCC6 should treat the jvmprofdir notfnd response as a special
  (valid) case and simply ignore it, rather than set the disaster
  and return the error flag 1000 to the MVS healthchecker
  component.  That would avoid this rc=1000 value and message:
    DFHH0602 Unauthorised access to JVMPROFILE is allowed.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: z/OS Health Checker reported            *
  *                      JVMPROFILEDIR not found as Disaster     *
  *                      response with RC 1000.                  *

  While inquiring HFS configurations for the JVMPROFILEDIR, the
  directory was not found and CICS set the response as a Disaster.
  The error response was passed back from CICS to the z/OS
  Health Checker component. When the z/OS Health Checker ran
  next, it reported the disaster response with RC 1000 in
  information written to the CICS health check report by z/OS.
  
  However, it is valid to bring a CICS region up without the
  JVMPROFILEDIR or USSCONFIG directory information set in SIT
  parameters.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been changed to treat the JVMPROFILEDIR or USSCONFIG
  not found response as a valid case and ignore it.
