How to Uncatalog dcs database when database name has more than 8 characters from DB2 DCS directory

Summary

When a dcs database name length of more than 8 characters is cataloged, it cannot be uncataloged with the same database name due to a bug.
For example,

- catalog dcs database, which has database length of more than 8 characters
$ db2 catalog dcs database sampledata as dbalias

DB20000I The CATALOG DCS DATABASE command completed successfully.
DB21056W Directory changes may not be effective until the directory cache is
refreshed.

- uncatalog dcs database with the same database name, which was used to catalog dcs
$ db2 uncatalog dcs db sampledata

SQL1316N No entry was found in the Database Connection Services directory for
the specified local database name.
