Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Services/TM1web: Percentages behaviour

How To

Summary

In Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Services (PASS)/TM1web, entering a whole value (that is, 5) into a cell formatted to percentage, results in 500% instead of 5%. This is the expected and intended behaviour of PASS/TM1web.

To get the expected result, instead of just entering a whole number, enter "5%" or "0.05" into the cell instead, which will result in 5% instead of 500%.

Also, when you try to edit a cell that already contains a percentage, it will automatically add a percent (%) sign for you at the end of the value.
