Problem
Submit job failed with esub script: > bsub -a test sleep 1000 System call failed: Resource temporarily unavailable. Job not submitted. Request aborted by esub. Job not submitted. /lsf/9.1/linux2.6-glibc2.3-x86_64/etc/esub.test: fork retry: Resource temporarily unavailable
Symptom
When submitting a job, bsub calls esub script first. System created child processes for esub script and commands in esub script, but forks new process failed.
