Engineering Workflow Management(EWM) Eclipse client P2 install result in error "Cannot complete the request. This installation has not been configured properly for Software Updates."

Troubleshooting


Problem

Install the EWM P2 plug-in to the Eclipse client and restart the client. Click "Help" => "Install New Software", which results in the following error:
Cannot complete the request. This installation has not been configured properly for Software Updates. See the error log for details.
The issue impacts only the "Install New Software" functionality within Eclipse.
