Troubleshooting
Problem
The user experiences issues when trying to update the GUI to a newer fixpack.
Also the user cannot sign in to the GUI at the browser by using itnmadmin user with the correct password.
This situation can happen to the itnmadmin user and other users.
Symptom
Installation Manager: when trying to update the GUI:

IBM Installation Manager needs the credentials of an OMNIbus WebGUI administrative user (for example, itnmadmin) to manage filters and views. The user must have the ncw_admin role and privileges to run the Netcool WebGUI waapi command. Ensure that the user authentication repository is accessible from this server before continuing.

Other Options:
1. Edit the Network Manager administrator user ID.
2. Edit the Network Manager administrator password.
