Unable to deactivate A-TAP due to instance not known

Troubleshooting


Problem

An active A-TAP was found for root/var which was not a valid database instance
/opt/guardium/modules/ATAP/current/files/bin/guardctl list-active
root/var
When trying to deactivate this A-TAP got the following error
/opt/guardium/modules/ATAP/current/files/bin/guardctl db_instance=root/var --force-action=yes deactivate
ERROR: This database (none) is not supported
Action forced - continuing
ERROR: No matching atap module found - no support for none
Action forced - continuing
Instance root/var is not known
