  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 2:
  PH52582 CWWKZ0005E: The server is not configured to handle the
          resource at location is issued for imsudbJLocal.jar.
  
  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 3:
  PH57209 The abendCode field is not populated in the response
          from a CICS z/OS Asset.
  PH57249 Some Japanese messages are not displayed correctly when
          building OpenAPI 3 API requesters.
  PH57708 Messages BAQR1801E and IWAA1110E are reported when CCSID
          1390 or 1399 are specified.
  
  From V3.0.69.0 to V3.0.74.0 inclusive, OpenAPI 3 CICS COMMAREA
  API providers which do not use the same request and response
  mapping will fail because the request mapping is used for both
  the request and response processing. The following message is
  reported:
  BAQR1677W: Response mapping file <response_yaml_mapping_file>
  does not exist, so no response body was returned.
  The problem is present in the z/OS Connect Native server, z/OS
  Connect Server image and Designer image at the V3.0.69.0,
  V3.0.70.0, V3.0.71.0, V3.0.72.0, V3.0.73.0 and V3.0.74.0 levels
  and is resolved in V3.0.75.0 and later levels.
  
  This APAR delivers the following new OpenAPI 3 functions:
  - z/OS Connect Designer now includes a notifications panel where
    users can view and manage their notifications.
  - COBOL applications running on z/OS (but not in IMS) can now
    call API endpoints using API requesters deployed to a z/OS
    Connect native server.
  - z/OS Connect Designer is enhanced to support the PL/I language
    when creating CICS and IMS z/OS Assets.

Problem conclusion

• Applying the PTF for this APAR will change the z/OS Connect
  level to V3.0.75.0 as reported in the log:
  BAQR0000I: z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition version 3.0.75.0
  
  The PTFs for this APAR include all previous fixes and new
  function delivered by earlier z/OS Connect PTFs.
