Troubleshooting
Problem
When running a report for a date range of 1 to (for example) 14 days, data is returned as expected in the report.
When you try to run the report for greater than 14 days, no data is returned and you receive the following message at the top of the report window:
Query start date is earlier than the system allowed. User can use audit process to generate report for query start date earlier than YYYY-MM-DD

Symptom
In the Guardium UI, running a report for a range of up to 14 days can return the following message but no data:
