Problem
The Cognos built-in function _years_between generates a MySQL expression that include the MySQL Year scalar function.
When the expression is sent to MySQL 8.1 an incorrect value is returned.
XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error: com.mysql.cj.jdbc.exceptions.MysqlDataTruncation: Data truncation: BIGINT UNSIGNED value is out of range in '(year(dbcert.tts.cts) - year(dbcert.tdt.cdt))
