With APAR PJ46932 applied, a series of 000002 (CTL-2) system errors can cause a system outage. Apply APAR PJ47172 to resolve this issue.

With APAR PJ46932 applied, a series of 000002 (CTL-2) system errors can occur in the CCTCP1 CSECT of the control program, which can result in a system outage. APAR PJ47172 resolves this issue. In addition, patch information was added to the APEDIT for APAR PJ47172 that you can apply to protect your systems until the fixing APAR is loaded.
