Problem
This technote describes a probem that happens when creating a document class in FileNet, the wrong symbolic name was provided. The document class symbolic name and display name were later changed through ACCE, but the wrong document class name is still populated in the document class properties of the document when a document is created for that document class.
Symptom
In Document class properties you see the changes, but when a document is created for that document class, still the wrong document class name is populated in the document class properties of the document.
