APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The IMS PA Resource Availability Report AVAIL may calculate
  incorrect Waiting for Input percentage when only the REGION
  option is selected.  Also, the IMS Up Time value is incorrectly
  calculated, which is causing the invalid percentage calculation.
  

Local fix

• As a workaround, the TRANCODE and/or PROGRAM option can be added
  to the REGION option so that the IMS Up Time is calculated
  correctly.
