Problem

Attempts to load IBM® Rational® Test Control Panel homepage results in error: Failed to initialize pool: File corrupted while reading record: null. Possible solution: use the recovery tool [90030-197]

Symptom

Console log displays following error.
Caused by: org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException: Failed to instantiate [com.greenhat.server.container.server.ServerDetailServiceImpl]: Constructor threw exception; nested exception is <openjpa-3.1.2-r66d2a72 nonfatal general error> org.apache.openjpa.persistence.PersistenceException: Failed to initialize pool: File corrupted while reading record: null.
