Error description

• If USRLEV is not specified this message is seen:
  EQQY124I INIT?&KEY????????????????????????
  English translation:
  EQQY124I &KEY IN STATEMENT IN NOT SPECFIED IN INIT. THE DEFAULT
  IS USED.
  The message should have USRLEV instead of &KEY.  In the
  SEQQMSG0 member EQQY12, the message shows &KEYWD  instead of
  &KEY.
