Error description

• The tcp_var.h header file found in the /usr/include/le/netinet/
  directory is missing the '.h' file extension:
  
  $ pwd
  /usr/include/le/netinet
  $ ls
  icmp6.h   in.h      ip6.h     tcp.h     tcp_var.
  $
  

Local fix

• - Manually rename file
  - Create a symlink pointing to the file with the correct
  filename
