Summary
The product language is French and the content language is French for the user.
When running a report in PDF format, the tooltips in the PDF view are not displayed in the product language (French), but in English.
This toolbar is translated into your browser's language preference.
If you change your browser's settings to French and restart the browser, the PDF toolbar is translated.
The same technote applies to other languages than French.
